Children, even as young as two years old, can benefit in many ways from learning yoga according to Michelle Mitchell, co-founder of YoKid and our own in-house expert on yoga for children. Yoga can help kids develop greater confidence and self-esteem; increase focus, awareness, and concentration; and develop better control over emotions and stress.
